Eligibility and Age Verification

The au77 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Misrepresentation of any eligibility criterion constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. au77 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Age verification may be requested at any time and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing au77 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your specific location before registering or playing.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of au77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with au77 or any other gambling operator. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

au77 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation (including but not limited to national identification, passport, proof of address, and payment method verification) from any player at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in temporary suspension of the account pending verification completion.

Account Registration and Management

Each individual may hold only one active au77 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the payment method, device, or contact details used. au77 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations, and any account identified as a duplicate will be closed with all balances forfeited to au77.

Account Registration Requirements

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any registered details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. au77 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from au77 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• au77 uses the mobile phone number provided at registration as the primary account identifier. This number must be a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. au77 is not responsible for account access issues arising from the loss or transfer of the registered mobile number.
• au77 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

Account Security Obligations

• You must notify au77 immediately via the support team if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity on your account.
• au77 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the access was made possible by your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials, or where you shared your credentials with another person.
• Accounts must not be shared with or used by any third party other than the registered account holder. Account sharing, including lending access to a spouse, friend, or family member, is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

au77 supports a range of payment methods suitable for players based in Bangladesh, including mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), major Bangladeshi bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank), and international card payments (Visa, Mastercard). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and au77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.

Deposit Policy

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. au77 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. Minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. Minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳500. These minimums are subject to change and current minimums are always shown at the cashier.
• au77 does not charge any fees on deposits made via supported Bangladeshi mobile financial services or bank transfers. International card payment deposits may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by the card issuer, which are outside au77's control.
• au77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit and to request supporting documentation verifying the source of funds. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the deposit being placed on hold until verification is complete.

Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used for a deposit, or has been verified as belonging to you through the KYC process. au77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Fully verified accounts are eligible for withdrawal processing. Withdrawals submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within minutes of approval, subject to the processing capacity of the receiving payment network. au77 does not control third-party payment network processing times.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process. au77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, including requests for additional KYC documentation, source of funds documentation, or game history review. This process may extend the processing time for the relevant withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may be modified for VIP players in accordance with their tier benefits.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

au77 offers various promotional bonuses to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP-exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• au77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus funds at any time where it reasonably believes that the bonus is being claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the spirit of the promotion, including through bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus are subject to any per-spin value and wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms. Free spin winnings will be credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Bonus expiry periods apply. Unclaimed bonus offers expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that have been credited to your account but on which the wagering requirement has not been satisfied within the bonus validity period will be automatically removed from your account.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

Winnings derived from such activity will be confiscated and the relevant account(s) suspended pending investigation.
• Maximum payout limits apply per game, per market, and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or sportsbook interface. au77 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of the applicable payout cap even where a game result would otherwise produce a larger payout.

Responsible Gaming Policy

au77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations to those players seriously. Any balance in the account at the time of permanent exclusion will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method after the mandatory 30-day review period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the au77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use the au77 platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity. au77 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and co-operates fully with all lawful investigations.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the au77 platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes in a manner not intended by the game design.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing a self-exclusion, exploiting welcome bonus offers, or manipulating loyalty program calculations. All accounts beyond the first verified account will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
• Collusion with other players to fix the outcome of games or betting markets, including chip-dumping in poker or table games, or match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the au77 platform's software, servers, or security systems. au77 will pursue all available legal remedies against any individual or entity engaged in such activity.

au77 employs a range of fraud detection and prevention systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected, au77 may take immediate protective action including freezing account funds pending investigation. Players subject to investigation will be notified where legally permissible and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, au77 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the player's use of the au77 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if au77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. au77's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player into their au77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

au77 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, and technical failures outside au77's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. au77 will make reasonable efforts to minimise service disruption and to communicate planned maintenance in advance. Claims arising from temporary service unavailability are limited to the return of any wager placed during a technical failure that resulted in an indeterminate outcome.

Amendments to These Terms

au77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, au77 will provide notice by displaying a prominent notification on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address or mobile number on the account. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the au77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance via the support team.
